What we collect

• Your mobile number, used to log you in with a WhatsApp one-time code and to send order updates.
• Your name, delivery address and optional email, so we can ship your order and reach you about it.
• Order history and the items in your cart, so you can track and reorder.
• Basic technical data (pages visited, device type, referrer) to keep the site working and understand what helps customers.

Payments

Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and never reach our servers. We only receive a payment reference.

Sharing

We share your name, address and phone with the courier that delivers your parcel, and your phone with our WhatsApp messaging provider to send login codes and order updates. We do not sell your data.

Message us at bugglysales@gmail.com or on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Deleting your account removes saved addresses and personal details; order records needed for accounting are kept as required by law.
